My contributions to storytelling

As I was exploring the Art of Storytelling, even when I entered the Layerage project, I realized that the whole marketing game in Web3 was designed to complicate things—to make it harder for people to relate.

My view was simple: we should take a subtler, more relatable approach. So, if you explore my Layerage Twitter (linked below), you’ll see we focused on building concepts that connect deeply through words. We used metaphors like the ocean to explain complex ideas in an intuitive way.

We even referenced Steve Jobs, not just to show off, but to highlight that what truly matters in storytelling is the thought behind the message. In one of our videos, we joked that “the editor was lazy,” emphasizing that it’s not about flashy editing, but about how powerful ideas communicate through simple visuals.

The best part? Everything was done on a very minimal budget, and yet the reach and interaction of each video have been insane. You can check out the stats and engagement on every post, and it becomes clear—subtlety, relatability, and well-chosen words make all the difference.

You can check it out here 👉 https://x.com/layeredge where we shared all these concepts, subtle storytelling experiments, and simple yet powerful ideas in action. Feel free to explore the stats and see for yourself how viral some of the videos went, the huge reach they achieved, and how much interaction they generated—all done on a minimal budget.
